What a leased line quote covers

A leased line is dedicated fibre, quoted for the site. There is no shop price, because the cost depends on that building.

A leased line is a fibre connection that is not shared with neighbouring premises. The bandwidth you order is the bandwidth on that line, and upload matches download.

Why it is quoted

There is no price list. The monthly cost depends on the speed, how far the fibre has to run, the contract length, and any street works or extra construction.

Quotes are ex VAT. UK VAT is added where it applies. A written quote forms the contract for that circuit.

What to send

A quote starts from the install postcode, the speed you want, and when you need the line live. The full address helps. For a large building, a site plan or the floor where the fibre should arrive helps too.

Typical quotes are 100 Mbps, 1 Gbps, and 10 Gbps. Faster bearers can be quoted. The wholesale network is surveyed before the order is placed, and you get a named UK contact through the install.

How it differs from full fibre

Full fibre broadband is a shared product with a published monthly price. A leased line is uncontended, with a business service level, and it is not sold from the broadband catalog.

Cloud Voice can still sit on the same account.

Questions

Why is there no price on the leased line page?

The connection is quoted for the site. Distance, speed, contract length, and any extra construction all change the monthly rate and the install charge.

What do you need for a quote?

The install postcode, the speed you want, and when you need it live. A site plan helps if the building is large.
