Questions

Are prices inclusive of VAT?: No. Catalog prices are ex VAT. UK VAT at 20% is added at checkout where applicable.
Is a static IP included?: A free static IPv4 address is included on symmetrical full fibre (SFTTP). Other broadband products use a dynamic address unless you ask for a static IP.
Is a phone line included?: Superfast and Standard broadband do not include a traditional phone line. Add Cloud Voice if you need a phone system.
Can I get a handset with Cloud Voice?: Yes. When you add Cloud Voice seats on a broadband order (or order Cloud Voice on its own), you can buy or rent Yealink desk, cordless or conference phones, or use the Webex app / your own compatible handset. On broadband, rental rates follow that circuit’s contract length; on standalone Cloud Voice you pick 12, 24 or 36 months.
Which router do I need?: Superfast and Standard use the TP-Link VX230V. Full fibre up to 1 Gbps uses the EX230V. Faster full fibre uses the EX820V. You can also use your own compatible router.
What if I cancel in the first year?: A £50 fee is added if a broadband service is cancelled before 12 months.
Who installs the fibre?: Standard managed install is included on most 24 and 36 month full fibre. Premium and advanced installs cover longer internal runs.
