Which router full fibre uses

Full fibre up to 1 Gbps uses the TP-Link EX230V. Faster full fibre uses the EX820V. Superfast and Standard use the VX230V.

The router is matched to the circuit. You can order one pre-configured, or use your own.

Full fibre

Full fibre up to 1 Gbps uses the TP-Link EX230V, a dual-band Wi-Fi 6 Gigabit VoIP router. Faster full fibre, above 1 Gbps, uses the TP-Link EX820V, which is suitable up to 2.5 Gbps.

Either can be shipped to the install address, already configured for the circuit. The router is a one-off charge, ex VAT.

Superfast and Standard

Superfast and Standard use the TP-Link VX230V, a dual-band Wi-Fi 6 modem router for those products. Full fibre does not use that model.

Your own equipment

You can decline the supplied router. Your own router must support the access type. Addressing for the circuit is still provided.
