A handset is optional. Cloud Voice works with the Webex app or a compatible phone you already own, and no hardware is supplied in that case.
The phones
Desk phones are the Yealink T34W, T73W, T74W, and T87W. Cordless is the W73P, and the W73H is an extra handset for that system. Conference phones are the CP925 and CP965. The W80 DM is the DECT manager for a multi-cell system, and it is sold to buy.
Buy or rent
Buying is a one-off charge, ex VAT. Renting is a monthly charge. The rental prices on the list are calculated so a 12 or 24 month rental totals the same as a 36 month rental, which means the monthly amount is higher on the shorter terms.
On a broadband order, the rental follows that circuit contract. If you order Cloud Voice on its own, you choose 12, 24, or 36 months, and the rental follows that term.
