Cloud Voice is available to order. It is hosted telephony on a Broadbent Network connection. Seats can be added on the same order as the broadband, or ordered on their own for 12, 24, or 36 months.
Each seat includes 5,000 UK minutes, an auto attendant, hunt groups, the Webex app, and Go Integrator Lite. Inclusive minutes cover UK geographic and mobile numbers. International and premium-rate calls are charged extra.
Handsets and numbers
A handset is optional. Use the Webex app or your own phone, or buy or rent a Yealink desk, cordless, or conference phone. On a broadband order, rental follows that circuit. A new number or a port is a one-off fee, not a monthly charge.
Cloud Voice depends on the broadband connection and on power. Keep another way to reach the emergency services if the circuit or the power fails. Prices are ex VAT.
