Guide

Full fibre or Superfast

Full fibre is FTTP. Superfast and Standard are the shared products where that fits. A postcode check shows what the address can take.

Full fibre is fibre to the premises, on 12, 24, or 36 month contracts. Superfast is the shared product up to 80 Mbps. Standard is the product where full fibre is not yet available. Start with the postcode check on the broadband page.

Superfast and Standard do not include a traditional phone line. Add Cloud Voice if you need a phone system. A free static IPv4 address is included on symmetrical full fibre. Other broadband products use a dynamic address unless you ask for a static IP.
