Cloud Voice Terms & Conditions

Hosted telephony sold as an add-on to a Broadbent Network broadband order.

ClassificationPublic

1Service

Cloud Voice is a hosted telephony licence billed monthly. In this first release it is sold as an add-on to a Broadbent Network broadband circuit, not as a standalone basket. Inclusive UK minutes apply to the Cloud Voice user licence as described on the product page.

2Emergency calls

You must keep a working means of contacting emergency services if the broadband circuit or power fails. Cloud Voice depends on your internet connection and is not a replacement for a traditional PSTN line where a resilient 999 path is required.

3Numbers and porting

Number allocation and porting, where offered, follow the wholesale operator’s processes and timescales. We do not warrant a specific porting date. You remain responsible for any remaining charges with your current provider until the port completes.

4Fair use and call charges

Inclusive minutes apply to UK geographic and mobile destinations as published. International, premium-rate and other excluded destinations are charged extra. Use is also subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.

5Term

Voice seats follow the related broadband contract unless cancelled separately with 30 days’ notice after any minimum term on the parent circuit. Prices are exclusive of VAT.
