Cancelling a broadband contract

The minimum term is twelve months. After that the service continues monthly until you cancel, on 30 days written notice.

Every broadband circuit is sold on a 12, 24, or 36 month minimum term. The minimum is twelve months in every case. This is what happens if you cancel.

During the minimum term

If you cancel before twelve months have elapsed, a £50 fee applies on top of any remaining contracted charges.

Leaving during the contracted term is charged as the remaining monthly fees. If that cancellation is also inside the first twelve months, the £50 fee applies as well.

After the minimum term

After the minimum term the service continues monthly until it is cancelled. Either party may then end it on 30 days written notice.

Voice and rented hardware

Cloud Voice seats follow the broadband contract unless they are cancelled separately, with 30 days notice after any minimum term on the circuit.

You remain responsible for returning any rented hardware that was supplied.
