When full fibre is not available

Superfast is the shared product up to 80 Mbps. Standard is the product where full fibre is not yet at the address.

The postcode check is the way to see what an address can take. If full fibre is not available, the order does not stop there.

Superfast

Superfast is the shared broadband product up to 80 Mbps. It is the usual step where full fibre is not at the premises yet.

It does not include a traditional phone line. The router for Superfast is the TP-Link VX230V, or you can use your own if it supports the access type.

Standard

Standard broadband is the shared product where full fibre is not yet available. It also does not include a traditional phone line, and it uses the same VX230V router choice.

A 12 month Superfast or Standard contract carries an install charge. On 24 and 36 month contracts, standard install is included. The fee, when there is one, is shown at checkout.

If you still need a phone

Add Cloud Voice if you need hosted seats. It can go on the same order as the circuit.

If the suggested product is not available once the network is confirmed, the team contacts you with alternatives. The check itself is described in how the postcode check works.
